How often have you been beside someone who dries their regulator dust cap by blasting it with air from the cylinder?, maybe you do it yourself, personally i find it a terrible habit to be avoided and more so now after doing some research. … but not a drop to drink! Be warned.. even though us aquanauts are surrounded by water it does not change the fact that we need to drink before, in between and after our dives. Being properly hydrated helps you to think and act properly which as we all know is very important when diving. Water is essential to the bodies needs to transport blood and Oxygen around the body as well as keeping our bodies on a chemical balance. Why the need to keep up water intake when diving?
